The Employer (ER) has identified a bug in Banner that is preventing some employees seeing all itemized earning codes on their pay notifications. There are no issues with any actual payments or calculations there is information missing from the pay notification when employees view them.
The ER is currently working with Ellucian (Banner) to resolve this issue,and the plan is to deploy a solution between September 19-22, 2024. The patch will fix both past and future pay notifications to display correctly. If anyone has any questions or concerns, please contact Jeff Sung, Manager, PS Associates and Systems.
